About the event
Class begins & ends with 15 minutes of yoga warming you up and cooling your body down after 30 minutes of igh Fit Dance which is similar to Zumba or Jazzercise. No experience necessary, but this class will definetly get your heart rate up! All classes are come and go as you please. Come to one or come every week! Cost is $10 per class or by a loyalty card and get 10 classes for $80 or 5 classes for $40.
