About the event
Taking too much nutrition, the wrong nutritional supplements, or supplements that don't resonate with you can create additional disruptions in the body rather than support your health. Through muscle or energy testing, it is easy to know what the body needs and how much to take for how long.
Over the past 25 years of personal use, I have created an elaborate set of questioning and answering to get the answers needed from my body, mind, heart, and soul that I call the Innergetic Technique.
We can work with supplements you already own by testing their effectiveness of them on your individual body or we can suggest additional supplements from companies we feel create natural-based products. Energy testing can be done remotely or in person.
Muscle testing/energy testing workshops are regularly held at Shine Holistic Services and Wellness Center so everyone can learn to test their own bodies daily for deficiencies and sensitivities.
Feel free to bring your own products for testing. This can include household cleaning products, supplements, beauty products, foods, and more.
