Join Evan for a weekly Sound Bath at 6:15 pm every Monday! As participants lay comfortably on a mat, Evan guides participants in deep breathing with crystal singing bowls. The Sound Bath resets and refreshes the nervous system, as well as balancing the natural vibrations of the body!
