Join Evan for a weekly Sound Bath at 6:15 every Monday! Laying comfortably on a mat Evan will guide you through deep breathing and each of our crystal singing bowls. A Sound Bath is a great way to reset and refresh your nervous system as well as balance the natural vibrations of your body!
